How do I verify my Lucky account?

  1. Log in to your Lucky account

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Open the KYC tab

  4. Complete each verification tier in order

What are the KYC verification tiers?

  • Tier 1: Email Confirmation

    • Click Send Verification Email

    • Check your registered email inbox

    • Open the email and click the verification link

    ✅ Once confirmed, your account is activated and Tier 1 is completed

  • Tier 2: Identity Verification

    • Submit a valid government-issued ID and complete a quick selfie check when prompted.

    • This step confirms your identity and ensures the account is registered to you.

    • We accept the following types of identity documents:

      • Passport

      • Driving License

      • Residence Permit

  • Tier 3: Proof of Address

    • Upload a recent utility bill or official document to verify your address.

    • The document must clearly display your full name and current residential address.

    • Accepted proof of address documents include:

      • Bank statement

      • Utility bill (electricity, gas, water, internet, or similar services)

      • Lease or rental agreement

      • Government-issued correspondence

    Note: All documents must have been issued within the last 3 months.

  • Tier 4: Proof of Funds

    • Submit a recent bank statement or relevant financial document to verify the source of your funds.

    • This step completes your full KYC verification.

    • Accepted proof of funds documents include:

      • Recent bank statement

      • Payslip or salary statement

      • Tax return

      • Income declaration
